Revisions must be visible in the document to be included in the export. This will export only the pages that contain revisions.

After selecting PDF as the File Type, select Include notes from the PDF Options drop-down.

This will include all Note lines and Comments left on the document.

To change the account designated for your external cloud connection, reset your external cloud drive authentication.

Enter multiple emails separated by commas. Move it to Do Not Include to remove it from the export.

The Title Page will export with the document by default.

All documents will export into the same file.

Double-click or drag documents to include or not include in the export and drag documents to rearrange the order.

This is especially useful when exporting specific pages or revised pages only. This will add a visual indicator anywhere content has been filtered from the script.

As desired, check the box for Show indicator for content that is filtered out.

Visible lines - will export only the lines that are visible on the page.

Selected lines - will export only lines selected on page.

All lines - will export all line types, including Outline and Note lines.

Default - will export the desired Content Options.

Select Export from the Project widget OR select File > Export.

This will export the document you are viewing along with the Title Page.

If you are exporting to your hard drive on the mobile app or browser, exports will save based on your device's download and file saving settings.

If you are exporting to your hard drive on the desktop app, you will be prompted to select the file path of the export.
